Memorial Community Health in Aurora, Nebraska is pleased to welcome Jelynda Anderson, SHRM-CP, as its new Director of Human Resources.
Memorial Community Health serves the region through four primary divisions and is supported by a dedicated team of nearly 300 employees. In her new role, Anderson directs all aspects of human resources functions for the organization, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, retention, employee relations, workplace safety, OSHA compliance, and ADA activities.

Anderson brings extensive human resources leadership experience in healthcare organizations across Nebraska. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to employee engagement, and focus on continuous improvement to strengthen organizational culture and compliance.

Jelynda and her husband, Tony, live in Sutton. They have two sons: Jackson, who also lives in Sutton, and Austin, who lives in Grafton with his wife, Sydney, and their 8‑month‑old daughter. In her free time, Jelynda enjoys spending time with her family and staying active in her community.
