As Information Systems Director for Memorial Community Health, Brad Tiede is responsible for the technology that keeps our organization connected, secure, and moving forward. Much of his work happens behind the scenes, but nearly every department depends on his knowledge, problem-solving, and steady support. In recent months, Brad has helped lead several major projects that required extra time, focus, and coordination—work that could easily bring added pressure and stress.
Even during those busy times, Brad remains approachable and ready to help when a technical issue comes up. Whether someone has a quick question or a more complicated problem, he responds promptly, listens patiently, and works through the details until a solution is found. His positive attitude, expertise, and commitment to supporting others make a meaningful difference across MCHI every day.
“Brad is always willing to jump in and help, no matter how busy he is,” shared a fellow co-worker. “He explains things in a way that is easy to understand and never makes you feel like your question is too small.”
Thank you, Brad, for your patience, leadership, and dedication to keeping our team connected and supported. You truly embody our Care Matters values, and we are grateful for all you do!
