Beca Hadenfeldt named September Care Matters Champion

Memorial Community Health is proud to honor Beca Hadenfeldt as our September Care Matters Champion.

As Memorial Health Clinic’s Head Receptionist, Beca works closely with the clinic manager to coordinate front office operations, oversees the receptionist team, and provides overall support, including billing and financial responsibilities. In her role, Beca leads with both professionalism and compassion. She is knowledgeable, dependable, and a true team player—valued by both her colleagues and our patients.

In a recent observation, Beca demonstrated exceptional patient care when a patient was having a difficult day. A co-worker shared, “Beca chose to be kind, caring, and compassionate. She took the time to make sure the patient felt supported and never like a burden.” This is a powerful example of how we step up for each patient, no matter the circumstances.
