MCHI Welcomes Aly Hoefer as Director of Nursing for MCC

MCHI announces Aly Hoefer, RN, BSN, as Director of Nursing of Memorial Community Care, MCHI’s long-term care nursing home division.

Aly Hoefer, RN, BSN Memorial Community Health, Inc. (MCHI) in Aurora, Nebraska is pleased to announce the addition of Aly Hoefer, RN, BSN, to serve as Director of Nursing for Memorial Community Care, MCHI’s long-term care nursing home division.

Aly received her Associate of Science degree in Nursing from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, then went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Bryan College of Health Sciences in Lincoln.

Aly has an extensive nursing background, notably focusing on senior care. Over the course of her career, she has assumed numerous leadership roles while delivering specialized services tailored to seniors. Her proficiency spans across diverse healthcare settings, including inpatient geriatric psychiatry and various roles within hospice care.

“I am thankful for the opportunity to join the organization,” commented Hoefer. “It’s exciting to be part of the MCHI team, and to be working in collaboration with Katelyn Honas, MCC’s new administrator, to help provide the best possible care and home to residents and their families.”

Aly and her husband Scott, recently bought an acreage near Waco and have six children: Conner, Kyler, Liam, Harper, Kasen, and forever 3-month-old angel, Carson. In her free time, Aly enjoys watching her children’s sporting events, gardening, camping, and working on their property.
