Hospice provides compassionate, personalized care for individuals facing life’s final chapter, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life. It offers support not only to patients but also to their families, ensuring they feel cared for emotionally, physically, and spiritually during this deeply personal journey.  Hospice provides an interdisciplinary team that consists of a medical director, nurses, CNA’s, social workers and chaplain/spiritual counselors

Memorial Hospital can aid patients and families in determining when hospice is appropriate and provide assistance with referrals.
