Memorial Hospital works closely with various area home health agencies to provide skilled health services to patients at their place of residence. Memorial Hospital will work with you, the patient, to determine which service provider best meets your individual health care needs.

To qualify for home health services, you must be homebound and require at least intermittent skilled nursing care, physical therapy or speech/language therapy. You must also live within the licensed area of the home health provider and the care must be ordered by a licensed physician.

Please note that there are also private pay home health agencies available for homemaker type services to assist you with various tasks around your home.
