Online Bill Pay FAQs

How do I pay my bill online?

Pay your bill online by clicking on the Pay Your Bill icon on our website home page or by visiting www.personapay.com/mchi.  You may also scan the QR code below. Proceed by entering the access code found on your statement and either the DOB or last four digits of the Social Security number of the party responsible for payment.

What payment options are available online?

Memorial Community Health accepts American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.

Are there other features available through the online bill pay feature?

Yes, there are several actions you can take when accessing the online bill pay feature.  Besides securely paying your bill online, you can do the following:

  • Enroll in paperless billing
  • Set up flexible payment plans
  • Receive text and email notifications
  • View and download statements
  • Update your contact and insurance information

May I still pay my bill by mail, either with a check or credit card?

Yes. Online bill pay just represents another means by which patients can pay a bill; it does not take the place of other conventional payment methods.

Is there a fee for making my payment online?

No. There is no fee for making a payment online.

How do you ensure the security of my credit card information? 

MCHI’s online bill payment solution is provided through PersonaPay, a PCI-certified and HIPAA compliant solution. Whenever you are paying a bill you are using a secure connection that fully protects your information. Security is maintained by industry-standard SSL/TLS (secure socket layer / transport layer security) encryption and decryption technology. Please take notice of the security certificate listed on our online payment site. The PersonaPay payment site meets all Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations and certifications.
