Memorial Community Health, Inc. is pleased to welcome Jennifer Leiting, APRN, FNP-C, to the team of family medicine providers at Memorial Health Clinic in Aurora.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Nebraska Methodist College in Omaha and Master of Science in Nursing from Clarkson College, also in Omaha. She is board-certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and brings over 15 years of experience in healthcare, including six years as a family medicine nurse practitioner and three years in pain management.

Originally from Spalding, Nebraska, Jennifer and her husband, Nic, have four children. In her free time, she enjoys a variety of fitness activities, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.
