Memorial Foundation works to advance the mission of Memorial Community Health by securing charitable funding from local individuals and organizations. Every dollar that Memorial Foundation receives is important as it benefits the entire Memorial Community Health system including Memorial Hospital, East Park Villa, Memorial Community Care and Memorial Health Clinic with locations in Aurora, Harvard and Clay Center.
Memorial Foundation recognizes its charitable partners on the Memorial Foundation Donor Wall located inside the East Lobby entrance. Contributions are graciously accepted and recognized at the following levels:

- Patron $50,000+
- Builder $25,000+
- Sponsor $5,000+
- Associate $1,000+
- Friend $250+
Founded in 1991, Memorial Foundation is a 501(c)(3), not for profit, tax-exempt organization. A local volunteer Board of Directors oversees the management of all contributions made to Memorial Foundation.
