Held every Monday from 10:00-10:45 AM in the Memorial Hospital Rehabilitation Gym, sessions are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance/coordination, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance - all with plenty of friendly fun! $85 for all sessions.
